• All quotes are free and non-binding unless otherwise stated

• Pricing may vary based on:

  • Distance

  • Material type

  • Site accessibility

• Final pricing may be adjusted if project scope changes or conditions differ from what was initially provided

Customers are responsible for:

• Ensuring clear and safe access to the jobsite

• Providing accurate delivery or hauling locations

• Securing any required permits

Tri-Mad Hauling is not responsible for delays or damages caused by:

• Restricted access

• Unsafe site conditions

• Incorrect instructions provided by the customer

• Payment terms will be provided at the time of booking

• Payment may be required:

  • Upfront

  • Upon completion

  • Or as agreed in writing

• Late payments may result in:

  • Additional fees

  • Suspension of services

• Cancellations must be made in advance of the scheduled service

• Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee

• Rescheduling is subject to availability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tri-Mad Hauling shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages

• Delays outside of our control

• Pre-existing site conditions

• Minor surface damage (e.g., driveways, soft ground, landscaping) resulting from normal operations

Heavy equipment and hauling services may impact surfaces.

By using our services, you acknowledge:

• Driveways, lawns, and jobsite surfaces may be affected

• You accept reasonable wear and impact from hauling operations

We do not haul hazardous or illegal materials, including but not limited to:

• Toxic chemicals

• Hazardous waste

• Any materials prohibited by local or federal law

Customers must disclose material types prior to service.

You agree not to:

• Use this website for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to interfere with website functionality

• Submit false or misleading information

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
