REFUND POLICY

Tri-Mad Hauling

Effective Date: March 23, 2026

Our Commitment

Tri-Mad Hauling is committed to providing reliable hauling and delivery services. Due to the nature of our work, all payments and deposits are subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Deposits & Booking Fees

  • Deposits may be required to secure your service date

  • All deposits are non-refundable once your service has been scheduled

  • Deposits cover scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation

3. Service Payments

  • Payments made for completed services are non-refundable

  • Once hauling, delivery, or jobsite work has been performed, the service is considered fulfilled

4. Cancellations & No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled service time

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may result in:

    • Forfeiture of deposit

    • A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total service cost

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows (including inability to access the jobsite) will result in:

    • Full charge of the scheduled service (up to 100%)

If our team arrives on-site and is unable to complete the job due to:

  • Blocked or inaccessible entry

  • Incorrect project details

  • Unsafe working conditions

  • Customer not present (if required)

The job will be considered a no-show, and charges will apply accordingly.

5. Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance

  • We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate schedule changes based on availability

  • Deposits may be transferred to a new service date one time only

  • Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may result in:

    • Additional scheduling fees

    • Loss of deposit at our discretion

6. Service Completion & Satisfaction

  • Once services have been completed, all payments are final and non-refundable

  • Any concerns regarding service must be reported within 24 hours of job completion

  • We will review all concerns and, if necessary, offer a reasonable resolution, which may include:

    • Service adjustments

    • Partial service corrections

Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the sole discretion of Tri-Mad Hauling.

7. Jobsite Conditions & Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Accurate project details are provided

  • Safe and accessible jobsite conditions

  • Proper permissions or permits (if required)

Failure to meet these conditions may result in:

  • Service delays

  • Additional fees

  • No eligibility for refunds

8. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer

  • Inaccessible or unsafe jobsite conditions

  • Weather-related delays or rescheduling

  • Changes in project scope after booking

  • Minor surface impact (driveways, grass, etc.) from normal hauling operations

  • Delays outside of our control

9. Duplicate Payments & Billing Errors

  • If a duplicate charge or billing error occurs, please notify us immediately

  • Verified billing errors will be corrected, and refunds will be processed accordingly

10. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed

11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Tri-Mad Hauling to resolve the issue is a violation of this policy

We reserve the right to:

  • Provide documentation of completed services

  • Enforce this agreement

  • Pursue recovery of funds for services rendered

12. Policy Acceptance

By booking services with Tri-Mad Hauling, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy, including all cancellation, no-show, and payment terms.
